Clark Wine Center is holding a public wine tasting at the roof deck lawn on Saturday 21st April, 2012.
This wine tasting party features fine vintage wines from
France,
Italy,
Spain,
South America and
South Africa
giving participants a rare chance to appreciate the style differences in fine wines from several major wine regions of the world.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Each ticket comes with five tasting stubs corresponding to the five groups of wines offered in the wine tasting. The wines are lined up at a wine service station. Guests can present a ticket at this station, surrender a stub and redeem it for one tasting pour (roughly 55-60ml per pour) of a wine in that particular group.
Two types of tickets are available for this event:
Wine tasting only for php450/ticket
Wine Tasting with Dinner for php850/ticket
Yats Wine Experience is a public wine appreciation event. Because there are no sponsors, participants are never exposed to pushy wine salesmen or subjected to boring sales pitches and speeches. Every event has a different theme designed to highlight a certain aspect in wine appreciation. Although the whole point about Yats Wine Experience is really to have a wonderful time with wine and congenial company, many participants leave the event knowing more about wine.
