Mecca Max handheld tablets developed by X2
Mecca Max was developed in partnership with X2 Computing and ECM. It comprises a 10.2” touch screen display and a ruggedised casing, with built-in handle and stand, along with a high power battery that delivers more than 10 hours of continuous battery life. X2 Computing also supplied custom modular charging racks with built-in cooling systems designed and built to fit the physical layout constraints of clubs. Each module provides safe and secure charging for up to 27 devices simultaneously.
According to Rob Brown, electronic gaming manager at Mecca and the mastermind behind the tablet: “After in depth product trials, we are now the largest single EBT product operator in the UK. We have reached this position because not only have we invested in leading-edge software and hardware, ensuring the product builds on the synergies afforded from our online and mobile offerings, but because we continually invest in researching our customers' needs."
