March 8, 2012 - PRLog -- In the May 2012 issue of Texas Monthly® Magazine, J Michael Zebell will be featured as a 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent named in excelling in customer satisfaction!

How were the winners chosen?

Surveys were sent to Dallas/Fort Worth region residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 126,200 households) within a 36-month period (June 2008 to June 2011). An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies.

The survey data was collected and scored, resulting in the list of 2012 Dallas/Fort Worth Five Star Real Estate Agents. Less than 2% of real estate agents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area qualified for the Five Star award.

When asked how he felt about receiving this award Michael Zebell replied;

"How do I feel? I feel honored. But then I have had the pleasure to work with a lot of great people. I would first like to thank my clients, who did have a choice and they chose me. I would specifically like to thank anyone who took part in the survey process that led to me receiving this award."

"I would also like to thank my colleagues in the title and mortgage industries whose hard work and dedication is equally worthy of recognition. But truth be known, this is not about me. It always has been and always will be, about my clients."

With a career background in management and training, J Michael Zebell has always worked directly with the public.  Formely a General Manager for several full service restaurant companies and having held multiple positions in the Information Technology Industry, Michael has learned a few things about customer service.  In 2001 Michael was presented with the opportunity to obtain his real estate license and has since utilized his skills in the training and development of licensed agents and in his personal practice, focusing on providing exceptional service to his clients.
