Wichita Falls Cosmetology Students Help Prevent Hair Color Disasters

All color services are 50%   off the school’s already low prices now through April 30.
    A sampling of services include: highlights/low lights normally $50 and up for $25 and up; virgin tint normally $30 for $15; color retouch, regularly $25 and up starting at $12.50 and foils that typically start at $35 for $17.50.
    Services are performed by cosmetology students under the supervision of a licensed cosmetology instructor.
