Timmy Sweetie is Alison Pitman’s first games app developed for the iPhone. The idea for the app game came when she was organising her 5yr old daughter’s birthday party games.
“ I was putting together a list of party games for my daughters birthday party and was reminiscing about the games I played in my childhood. Pass the parcel, musical chairs, musical bumps, pin the tail on the donkey – and I also remembered a game called Don’t Eat Timmy Smartie. I remember it being hugely popular, as it was an excuse to eat as many sweets as you could! Children would sit in a circle around a big plate of sweets (usually Smarties). One child was chosen to leave the circle while the rest of the group decided between them which sweet would be “Timmy”. Once decided, the child would rejoin the group and start to eat as many of the sweets as they could. If they picked up the “Timmy” sweet” then the rest of the group would shout “Don’t Eat Timmy Smartie/Sweetie!!!”
Now this party game arrives in the form of an iPhone App. A healthy way to eat sweets without putting on weight or rotting your teeth! A fun and challenging guessing game – suitable for children and adults alike. Timmy Sweetie is an enjoyable distraction for children and adults looking to pass the time with a brand new iPhone game.
