Frankfurt, Germany March 5, 2012 – Westhouse Medical Services Plc (Symbol: 5WM – Frankfurt) has entered into negotiations with management to acquire majority control of US listed Sunridge International (OTCBB – SNDZ). This is in line with the Company’s expansion plans and would allow access to the US markets for the Company’s patented and FDA approved product. BreastCheck™ is a breast cancer screening product that produces simple empirical results that can be compiled by anyone without any training, including administrative support staff or even the patient herself.

The acquisition would allow access to the wholly owned subsidiary Ophthalmic International, Inc. based near Scottsdale, Arizona. The company was formed to develop and commercialize a procedure named Pneumatic Trabeculoplasty (PNT). PNT is the only non-invasive, non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical approach that has been clinically demonstrated to reduce elevated intra-ocular pressure (IOP) in patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma (POAG) and Ocular Hypertension (OH).

A spokesman for Westhouse stated, that with this acquisition and the addition of the patented procedures and products from Ophthalmic International, Inc., Westhouse will become an international healthcare delivery company.
