Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS returns from National GenBlue Event, Announces Awards

March 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS was once again invited to participate in the national Coldwell Banker "Generation Blue Experience" event for leading companies throughout the United States and Canada.  At this event the company and its agents were recognized with several key awards and accolades.

Before the event commenced it was announced that Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS had been named as the Number One Affiliate Company in Pennsylvania for 2011.  This is the second year such recognition has been given.  

Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS' Curt Gasper Sales Team was named the Number One Team in Pennsylvania for 2011 as well.  The Curt Gasper Sales Team is comprised of Curt Gasper, Lisa Gasper, Bill Huggard, Valentin Panda, Charles Albany, Artan Mefsha, Tom McLaughlin, Michael Orth, Chris Orth, Nevruz Muskaj, Thomas Hamer, Juan Mercado, Matt Grace and Monica Conte.  The team operates in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Additionally, the following teams were recognized for their sales efforts:
The Mark Caola and Tina House Team of Upper Makefield was awarded International President's Circle Team honors.

Also during the GenBlue Conference Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS was recognized for its innovative use of video in agent education.  During the general session presentation from Google's Real Estate group the audience was shown how Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS utilized twitter to syndicate agent training videos uploaded to YouTube for the benefit of the company's 500+ person agent base.  

Company President Jamie M. Mancuso, when interviewed at the New Orleans conference noted in regard to the awards "so many people talk about the downside of the real estate market, but these sales professionals continue to show that with the right ability it is entirely possible for good agents to work hard, provide great service and help people find homes.  While the financial press may focus on the homes that were not sold, it is agents like these who remind us of the success had last year selling more than 4.5 Million homes around the United States.  I could not be more proud of this group of dedicated professionals, and I am glad I was able to represent them here at the Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience."

Company Education Director Stefanie A. Hahn was also selected to present her agent education course "More Google-tastic Goodness" to the 2,500+ attendees at the GenBlue event.  This is the third time she has been asked to present this material nationally on behalf of Coldwell Banker.

Over the course of the next few weeks Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS will be extending additional recognition to the sales professionals who were lauded at the GenBlue event, as well as other local REALTORS who helped the company achieve its Number one Affiliate in Pennsylvania status.
