will sponsor a team to participate at the upcoming Special Olympics Florida Golf Invitational at Walt Disney World® Resort. Proceeds from the event, to be held Friday, May 11th, 2012 at Disney's Palm and Magnolia Golf Courses, will help raise funds for Special Olympics Florida in an effort to improve the lives of Florida’s citizens with intellectual disabilities by providing year- round sports training and competition. Thanks to the commitment of sponsors and the tournament committee, Special Olympics is able to pursue our mission of making the joys and benefits of Special Olympics a reality to more athletes each year. Special Olympics is the world’s largest program of sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. It currently serves more than 3.7 million persons with intellectual disabilities in more than 170 nations. In Florida, there are 16,000 athletes who are training and competing year round, in the sports of their choice.
