March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- AllAgents.co.uk, The UK’s No1 directory and review website dedicated to estate & letting agents is getting ready to deliver a nationwide consumer awareness programme and in addition to the promotion of its new property portal,  the message will be that it is the people in the property industry that make or break it’s reputation.

AllAgent’s recognise that it is the staff that make the agency – and reviewers are rating and commenting on the people they deal with as much as the organisation they represent.

So allAgents has introduced a new  level of review attachment to recognise this trend. Now,  where a staff member has be identified in a review ( praising or disapproving) , he or she can claim the testimonial and have it attributed to themselves.

Staff Review Profiling has arrived and allAgents are inviting all agent’s staff to look through their current company and branch reviews and claim what is theirs. It is being hailed as another exciting development and the company sees this as another evolution in the personnel side of the industry with an individual  customer service record being built up online in real time.

AllAgents.co.uk see this as a natural progression in terms of the direction of reviews. Staff should to be able to take personal credit for good service and have this as something that they can display, keep, manage and move with them. At the same time because of its portability,  the intention is that profiling will  play a part in helping to identify and eradicate rogue agents who frequently have to slip between jobs to hide their poor or unsavoury history.

The company sees advantages to both the individual and the companies with Individual staff profile pages. Individuals will be able to:

-   move their profile with them from job to job
-   access via secure log in and update details
-   choose what information is made public and what remains private
-   display their own personally attributed reviews
-   record their CPD (Continuing Professional Development ) and training
-   include their profile as an independently sourced appendix to their biography and CV
-   use their track record to compete internally and back up improved employment package claims
-    be recognised in their own right in the AllAgents annual award scheme

Like the “transparent agent” scheme, AllAgents will also be providing staff with set profile pages based on their skill and qualification levels. They are also hoping to enter into talks with industry regulatory bodies and trainers to link training programs and recognised qualifications to staff profiling and would welcome discussions on partnerships to promote good practices .

So customer services feedback just got personal and this means that as well as companies competing in the ranking and rating system, there will now be people competing to be the best of the best. It is not just the sales staff and the high flyers that are being profiled, it is all the people – anyone in any position who has been reviewed. So if you’re a receptionist, negotiator, mortgage advisor or a conveyancer, and you have been rated, then you can claim your profile.

For the public, staff profiling will be promoted as a major tool allowing them a choice of the agents to consider based on skill levels and customer experience. As a result, new business enquiries could start off by prospective customers asking for a staff member by name. It will add to an individual’s credibility, being the part of their industry biography that has been created independently. Just like “What our customer say” on agents' websites, CVs paint glossy pictures because they are naturally biasedly toward the subject author;  so having a review profile will enhance a résumé, being more open because it contains real customer content.

All directory agents staff members are being urged to get online and claim their profiles and their reviews. As part of their ‘agent support’ package, allAgents can help move existing unallocated reviews to staff members who contact them through the form on the page. If their name is not there, then they can be added. allAgents believe that this is a major landmark facility for personnel in property and there has never been a better time to get on board with the website and what it stands for.

To view how a staff profile or to claim yours, search for or select any agent on the directory (http://www.allAgents.co.uk), and click on the ‘Staff Member’ tab on an agents profile page.
