March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- (Rock Rapids, IA) – Explorer Bob Cornuke has expanded his popular Bible Explorer Series with a deep sea documentary that explores The Lost Shipwreck of Paul, now available on DVD from Bridgestone Multimedia Group at gobmg.com.

In his fourth expedition in the Bible Explorer Series, Bob Cornuke sets sail on an adventure in the Mediterranean Sea to the island of Malta in search of the ancient lead anchors from the shipwreck of the apostle Paul. Using techniques he learned as a police officer and crime scene investigator, the modern-day Indiana Jones probes every angle of this 2,000-year-old mystery to prove the historical accuracy of God’s Word and determine if the anchors originally found by Maltese fishermen in the 1960s and early 1970s are indeed remnants of Paul’s misadventure at sea. In the end, Cornuke makes a breathtaking discovery.

“Experience had proven to me time and time again that history had left behind many subtle clues to validate many of the biblical stories, and most of those clues were contained in the Bible itself,” said Cornuke, a self-taught archaeologist. “I asked myself a couple of seemingly simple questions. ‘Could those anchors mentioned in Acts 27 survive all this time, and if they did, could I find them?’”

The president of BASE (Bible Archaeology Search and Exploration) Institute, Cornuke has made numerous appearances on network television and in magazine and newspaper articles about his expeditions, each of which Cornuke has developed into a book. He adapted his latest documentary from his novel The Lost Shipwreck of Paul, which was praised as “captivating” by former U.S. Vice President Dan Quayle and “evidence that demands a verdict” by Christian speaker and author Josh McDowell.

Awarded the Dove Foundation’s Family-Approved Seal for all ages, The Lost Shipwreck of Paul is now available at gobmg.com for $12.71. Bridgestone Multimedia Group also offers The Bible Explorer Series: Three DVD Set for $23.96. The set includes Search for the Ark of the Covenant, Search for Noah’s Ark, and Search for Mt. Sinai. Each DVD is also available separately from BMG for $10.36.
