Baseline Data Systems Offer State of the Art Training at the South Florida Water Management District

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Baseline Data Systems, Inc., an innovative CRM software provider worked with South Florida Water Manage District (SFWMD) to provide state of the art training for end users of the Office Accelerator CRM software. Baseline Data Systems worked with IT Training Manager, Roberto Amoroso, to develop training courses for all skill levels of Office Accelerator users.

The entire course was managed by Roberto Amoroso, the head of IT Training for the SFWMD.  Roberto comes from an IT Systems Administrator background at the District.  Roberto has a Bachelor of Science in computer science and is finishing up his Masters this year in Management of Information Systems.

Roberto was using many of key training concepts I was exposed to at the industry leading IBM training facilities in Dallas, when I worked at IBM.  It really helped end users get the most out of the investment of their Office Accelerator product”, says Baseline Data System’s, Chris Furgis.
