One Click Ventures Named One of the Best Places to Work in Indiana

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (Feb. 22, 2012): One Click Ventures is named one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana. The program was created in 2006 as a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice®, Inside Indiana Business, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - IN State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce, and its businesses. The 2012 Best Places to Work in Indiana list is divided into two categories: 39 companies are honored in the small-to-medium-company category, while 31 companies are recognized in the large-company category. With fewer than 250 employees, One Click Ventures is honored in the small-company category.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part, worth 25%, consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part, worth 75%, consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience. These combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
