Mr. Peskoe has been a part of the Jimmy Welch Team since September of 2011, focusing mostly on generating internet business and lead conversion for the team. "I've learned so much from Jimmy (Welch), Amanda (Wilson), and Jodie (Wild) and I'm eternally grateful for everything they have taught me. That being said, I'm very excited to make the transition to being an individual agent. There will be a lot of things that I didn't have to worry about before that now fall on my shoulders, but I'm up for the challenge."

At only 24 years old, after starting his fledgling real estate career after graduating from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Nick attributes his early success in real estate to hard work and sheer diligence.
