North Highland Continues Growth in Washington, D.C.

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- March 5, 2012 (WASHINGTON, D.C.) – Global consulting firm, North Highland, is pleased to welcome Ventris Gibson to its Washington, D.C. office. Gibson’s focus will be to help expand North Highland’s presence in the federal human capital service area.

An experienced professional, Gibson brings more than 38 years of experience in the federal and human resource sectors to North Highland. As a HR and leadership consultant, Gibson is a strategic advisor to U.S. government officials via Partnership for Public Service. Previous roles include assistant administrator of HR for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), deputy assistant secretary of HR and deputy assistant secretary of resolution management for the Department of Veterans Affairs and director of HR management for the Veterans Benefits Administration. At North Highland, she will contract with the office and serve as an outside executive consultant.
