PEM Corporate Finance advises on management buy-in of Autocom and Starcom

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- The companies specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of motorcycle communication and entertainment systems. Autocom and Starcom are both recognised as leading worldwide brands with systems such as Starcom Digital and Autocom Logic targeted largely at the sports-touring bike market.

Systems are available for sole rider, rider-to-passenger as well as bike-to-bike communication. Innovative and superior noise cancelling capability allows crystal clear sound at very high speeds with the ability to interface simultaneously with a mobile phone, sat nav system or music via an iPod.

Both Autocom and Starcom have an extensive and loyal customer base within the UK while exporting 50% of systems overseas through a global network of distributors.
Jerram and Deepak bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from previous senior positions held within niche world-leading electronics companies. In particular, they have considerable expertise in developing brands globally via dedicated dealer and distributor networks.
