How to book Disney Free Dining and other special discounts for Disney World

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Disney releases different discount offers throughout the year.  You never know what the offer will be or when it will be released but that is fine.  What you really need is a way to make sure your vacation is moved to the best Disney offer when it is released.

Let’s go over how to do this so you can save money and plan the best Disney trip ever.

1. Book your vacation with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  You will know you are booking with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner because you will see this special logo and these words on their website.  This logo is only awarded to a select group of travel agencies that meet certain standards set by Disney.  

2. Make sure your travel agent offers vacation monitoring.  Your agent should book you the best vacation for your family’s needs, and they should also monitor any new vacation offers their agency announces or that Disney announces and then contact you about the new offer.  So if a Free Dining promotion comes out and that saves you money, they should move you to the new Disney vacation offer. If you follow this advice then you never need to worry about When or If a better promotion is coming out, your agent does this for you and you already have your favorite Disney Resort booked and your dining reservations all done ahead of everyone else.

3. Ok, but I don’t want to pay a travel agent to do all this or get charged a cancellation fee by the agent if I have to cancel my trip.  This again is why you should start with an agency that does not charge a fee for its services or a cancellation fee.  When you review Disney Authorized Disney Vacation Planners, make sure you ask if they charge you a booking fee or any other fees.  Also ask what happens if you cancel.  Find a travel agency that does not charge extra fees, their service should be free and nothing should be added to your vacation price.
