Florida Author Constructing Female Empowerment As Women’s History Month Approaches!

March 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Tifphanie Tucker’s latest book “Women Under Construction” ( http://www.womeninconstruction.com )  is helping the female population build a foundation for success in their personal and professional lives. “Women Under Construction” metaphorically compares building a house to that of building an enriched life. Tucker, who has a frequently updated blog on the subjects of boundaries,  is quickly becoming the go-to source for young, Black females in business.

Earlier in the month Tifphanie had a feature article in The Gospel Truth. A publication dedicated to recognizing Black leaders of industry who also promote Christianity. But, Tucker’s accomplishments are also far-reaching and demographically diverse. In November she served on a panel for Global Entrepreneurship Week at St. Thomas University.  Her speaking engagements are growing too. Tifphanie Tucker is currently booking coaching and speaking engagements for women owned businesses and companies looking to promote more their female employees.

“The book has been well received by women of all ethnic backgrounds. I’ve enjoyed my journey so far by helping females realize they have what it takes to build a successful and well-balanced life.” Says Tucker. “I continue to blog as a way for my fans, which have read the book, to remain inspired and working towards their individual goals. Plus, it has been a wonderful way for other professional women, who haven’t read the book, to become aquatinted with my writing style and my beliefs. I often have a female business owner read the book and then contract me to speak at their next company event.”

According to a recent article on CollegeTimes.com, women in 99% of all the workforce’s occupation categories earned less than their male counterparts, 75.8 cents per every dollar to be exact. As Women’s History month approaches this March, Tifphanie Tucker’s influence within today’s still struggling culture for female equality will surely be recognized. Tifphanie Tucker is a professional speaker, accomplished author, and a successful business owner. Her debut book, “Stepping Stones for Success”, is co-authored by Deepak Chopra (The Power of Purpose) and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul).  She recently was featured in The Miami Herald as one of the 25 Most Prominent & Successful Black Business Women of 2011. Mrs. Tucker is married with a child and actively participates in her church.
