1. Thirty minute session - This program is for individuals who do not have flexible schedules. We will provide a result driven thirty minute session that will be equivalent to a one hour session.
2. Group training - Group training offers you a chance to interact with a personal trainer at an affordable rate. Group training caters to the goals of a specific group.
3. Thirty minute core conditioning training - Core training is strengthening the muscles of the core and torso area. This type of training will tone and condition the core. Core training will ease lower back pain and improve the symmetry of the body.
4. Boxing - Boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Learn the fundamentals boxing which include; the jab, footwork, left cross, uppercut and boxing drills.
