New Executive Position Created to Meet Growth at Watson Realty Corp.

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 1, 2012 - JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Watson Realty Corp.(http://www.WatsonRealtyCorp.com) is pleased to announce the creation of a new executive position to meet the growing business demands within the company.  Jeff Fagan, CDPE, former vice president and managing broker of the Watson Realty Corp. Fleming Island office, has been promoted to the position of assistant to the president of Watson Realty Corp.  Fagan will work alongside President Ed Forman at the corporate office in Jacksonville, Fla.  

“Jeff is a highly detailed, organized and energetic leader and a great asset to the company,” shared Forman.

The creation of this position is in response to the tremendous growth of the company over the last year and the continued projected growth in the coming years.  

Fagan was named the Watson Realty Corp. Manager of the Year in 2009 and, under his leadership, the Fleming Island office (http://www.WatsonRealtyFlemingIsland.com) ranked in the top five Watson Realty Corp. offices year after year.  Fagan is a member of the Watson Realty Corp. Executive Club, President’s Club and Million-Dollar Club and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor.  

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Fagan began his career in real estate in 2001 after a successful 15-year business career in the poultry industry.  In addition to his leadership positions at Watson Realty Corp., Fagan holds industry leadership positions with Northeast Florida Association of Realtors® (NEFAR) and RPAC.  Fagan was also an inaugural graduate of the NEFAR Leadership Academy.
