Don Jacobs Volkswagen Joins “Customer First” Club and Four Employees Win “Generation Best”

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 1, 2012 - Don Jacobs Volkswagen has joined the Volkswagen “Customer First” Club by excelling in all customer service standards. Only 37 of 638 Volkswagen dealers in the United States achieved this level of customer service. Four Don Jacobs employees were also designated “Generation Best” by Volkswagen based on completed training, outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

Service Advisors Brian Hill and Merritt Dycus were both designated “Generation Best” by Volkswagen—only 27 service advisors in the United States were awarded. Sales Consultants Jason Franklin and Gabe Balazs were also designated “Generation Best“ among a select group of Volkswagen sales consultants.
