The hour-long event featured a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, represented by Chamber President Ann Hodge, as well as Katy Mayor Don Elder, Jr. Katy Independent School District, represented by Superintendent Alton Frailey, and representatives from the Katy Area Economic Development Council were also in attendance. BVSCU’s Board of Directors and BVSCU President Joe Simmons were on hand to greet guests and give tours of the new facility.
