MGS introduces their latest product offering, the ITD™

Feb. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Offering a straightforward, sanitary design and exceptional flexibility, MGS Machine’s Intermittent Tray Denester (ITD) saves its users valuable time and effort.

The ITD maintains sanitary conditions that are imperative in the food and pharmaceutical industries by incorporating a design that feeds trays from the backside (or bottom). In addition, washdown construction is available for wet-environment and food applications.
Among its many other advantages, the ITD provides added versatility in handling multiple tray sizes and a wide array of materials, such as plastic plates and paperboard, plastic, Styrofoam and foil trays.

The ITD also provides a wealth of options—including a floor stand, a 30” or 48” long magazine, no-tool magazine changeover, a Venturi Vacuum System, and a Missed Detection System (with or without buzzer)—allowing users to customize it to their specific needs.

The ITD is easy to install and features a simple design and clean, user-friendly control panel. Product changeover is fast and simple, and the standard air cylinder drive features a motion-control and drive system, making the ITD practically maintenance free.
