“Rescue dogs are central to the stories in most of my books,” March said. “I write about the healing power of love, and love and dogs just go together.”
March has partnered with other best selling romance authors who will contribute to the promotion with additional prize donations. Christina Dodd, Karen Hawkins, Kristan Higgins, Jayne Ann Krentz, Susan Mallery, Teresa Medeiros, and Lori Wilde are among those joining in the cause. The inspiration for the promotion was in honor of her own work with Legacy Boxer Rescue and her commitment to animal rescue causes and care.
“My husband and I foster for our local rescue group and it is so rewarding. I hope this promotion will raise awareness of the need for more foster families and encourage others to consider volunteering for an organization in their area as well as provide a fun contest for our readers.”
