New Homes to Launch in Essex This Weekend

Feb. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- The new homes for sale in Essex are located in the coastal town of Dovercourt on one of their new developments in Essex called Peninsula. Dovercourt is located close to the historic town of Harwich and is close to major rail and road routes.

The bungalows are located in the centre of the town and are 400 yards from Dovercourt’s Blue Flag award-winning beach. The new homes have been constructed by Haynes Builders & Developers.

Taylor Wimpey is offering schemes on their new homes in Essex to help first-time buyers afford properties. The FirstBuy Scheme is a Government-backed scheme and is available to eligible first-time buyers. The scheme offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a new property with a 75% mortgage whilst owning 100% of a new home. Buyers will need to put down a 5% deposit and can take out an equity loan of up to 20% which is interest free for five years.

A Part Exchange Scheme is also available on most properties which enables buyers with existing properties to find buyers for their homes.

Taylor Wimpey is also developing a selection of two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses on their Peninsula development.
