By: Matt Fankhauser Staudenmaier, a partner in the firm's Phoenix office and a nationally recognized Indian gaming law attorney, spoke about the future of Indian gaming. Brower, who practices out of the firm's Reno and Las Vegas offices with a focus on litigation, administrative law and investigations, spoke on the policy issues surrounding problem gambling. Brower also serves in the Nevada State Senate where he plays a key role in the formulation of gaming policy. Staudenmaier’ Brower’s practice focuses on complex civil and white collar criminal litigation, as well as corporate investigations and administrative law. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Brower served in a variety of senior government posts. From 2003 to 2004, he was with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He later served at the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO), first as Inspector General and then as General Counsel.
