Feb. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Preparing for the rebounding economy, OwnerLand Realty has opened its newest office in Mason, OH.  The new office joins the current corporate office in Springdale and our office in West Chester.  The Mason office is the latest in the plans for expansion over the next few years.

"We intend to open offices on both the East and West sides of Cincinnati in the future" says General Manager, Jeff Barnhart.  "Since we are virtual, the offices serve as meeting venues for our agents and their clients.  We want to have local branches to make things convenient and available.  Our virtual technology makes it unnecessary for agents to be in the office to do business; it just makes their meetings easier.  Having a "virtual office" means that there is no need for handing paper files to office secretaries and waiting for listings to be uploaded on the MLS (multiple listing service).  Our concept is much more efficient and saves paper.  Definitely a great move toward going Green"!
