Topline Names G. Scott Desson Vice President, China Operations

He will oversee all production and manufacturing operations for Topline in China where the company has several manufacturing facilities.

Mr. Desson’s latest position was vice president of engineering at Fusion Packaging. Prior to that, he was vice president of engineering at the Maesa Group-NY and vice president of global packaging at HCT Packaging. He has previously lived in China.
