Kabat, Schertzer, De La Torre, Taraboulos & Co. Names Salvatore Catanese Sr. Manager, Audit Practice

Feb. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Accounting and advisory firm Kabat, Schertzer, De La Torre, Taraboulos & Co. today announced it has hired Salvatore Catanese as senior manager in the firm’s audit practice.

With more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, Catanese joins Kabat, Schertzer, De La Torre, Taraboulos & Co. from Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe & Associates/Shuldman, Wolfsen & Abruzzo in Hollywood, Fla., where he was a senior audit manager.  Before this, he was an audit manager with CBIZ Goldstein Lewin in Boca Raton, Fla.  Earlier in his career, Catanese held audit manager and supervisor positions with firms including Daskal Bolton; McGladrey & Pullen; Spear, Safer, Harmon & Co.; and Grant Thornton.

A certified public accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Florida and New York, Catanese holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY.
