Pints & Pairings! Great Food and Beverages Combine to Fund Scholarships at Harrisburg University

Feb. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Make your reservation today for Pints & Pairings at Bricco in Harrisburg. The event pairs Otter Creek/Wolaver's Organic pints with a delicious gourmet meal prepared by Bricco and provides financial support for the Mark Brezler Memorial Scholarship at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

The annual event is set for Sunday, March 18th at Bricco, a fine dining restaurant in downtown Harrisburg with a romantic ambiance. The menu will include smoked salmon, roasted pork loin, braised pork cheeks, potato puree and roasted vegetables, apple, celery remoulade and mache, and a chocolate chunk ice cream float

The meal courses will be paired with pints of Otter Creek Copper Ale, Wolaver’s Organic Brown Ale and Wolaver’s Organic Alta Gracia Coffee Porter.

There will be a 4 p.m. and a 6:30 p.m. seating. Cost for individual $70, couple $120.

During the past 11 years, the Brezler Family has raised over $50,000 for community organizations. Proceeds from the Pints & Pairings Event will help to provide financial support for the Mark Brezler Memorial Scholarship at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
