This was a needed service as many of the homes had tile floors and people were struggling to keep their grout clean. Sanded grout, found on most ceramic and porcelain floors, has a rough porous texture that seems to like to attract dirt and soil and hold on to it. We have invested in state of the art truck mounted steam cleaning machines that can extract this soil, and bring back the floors natural beauty.  After the tiled floor has been fully restored we seal the grout lines protecting them from permanent staining.
