Genealogical Research Firm Harvey E. Morse, P.A. Located The Heirs In The Ben Novack, Jr.

Feb. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Harvey E Morse, President of Harvey E. Morse, P.A., an international genealogical research firm headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, has located all of the heirs of Ben Novack, Jr, the son of the founder of the famous Fontainebleau Hotel, in Miami Beach, Florida and developer of the Atlantis Casino in the Bahamas.  

“Our goal is to see that justice is served, to ensure that Ben’s estate does not go to anybody profiting directly or indirectly from his alleged murder,” said Harvey E. Morse. Ben’s wife Narcey, has been indicted.

Morse is working with attorney Mark Hanson, of the LaBovick Law Group of West Palm Beach, Florida and the Novack family.

He attended Boston University, Suffolk University Law School, the Florida Police Academy, and numerous other educational facilities. Has served as Chair of State of Florida licensing Boards, Chair of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Orlando Chapter of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Founder and President of FAPI, and as President or a Board Member of numerous Fraternal, Civic and Charitable organizations. Additionally, Mr. Morse is a fully certified and sworn Florida law enforcement officer having graduated first in his class at the police academy, many years ago.
