The Mother Factor scoops Best Business Mentor in the Cambridge Business Mums Awards.

Feb. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Sally was one of three finalists and won with the judges commenting, “Amazing number of nominations, she is very well thought of” and “Great service line added to business – mentoring circle. Good feedback from mentees.”The Mother Factor was created after Sally was made redundant whilst on maternity leave and gave her the chance to re-evaluate her career and life-goals and having recently become a single mum she knew her new path would be down the route of self-employment. After retraining as an NLP Master Practitioner and Business Coach, Sally set up a practice to help people build up their self-esteem in business.
After setting up one company, Sally started to notice and feel the challenges mums face when deciding what they wanted as a career and realised there was no support for these mums when they were looking for assistance in making these life changing decisions.
So The Mother Factor was created to support and assist these mothers who are at a crossroads in their lives following having children and deciding whether to return to their jobs or start their own business.  With Sally’s EPIC skills in business coaching and mentoring, The Mother Factor has grown quickly and become a popular choice with local mothers who were looking for support and guidance to create their dream businesses. The Mother Factor Business Success Circle are now launching their third group in April.
