Neither flashy nor understated each piece is designed to foster self-expression, says 33-year-old founder Myrrhia Resneck. “Human creativity itself was the inspiration for the collection,”
Available in a variety of colors and tones from cool violets, warm oranges, and formal neutrals, MFK's Fall 2012 line is designed to skirt a line between the stylishly casual and the soberly formal.
Founded in 2010, Myrrhia Fine Knitwear is headquartered at the 25th Street Collective, a small business incubator for sewing entrepreneurs in Oakland, California. Its initial success grew from exposure at Oakland's Art Murmur street market though today it's shipped globally to customers.
