Aug. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Our green Haitian coffee beans are 100% Arabica and wet processed. These beautiful Haitian beans are from the Dondon and Artibonite regions. They are processed at the oldest coffee co-op in the country. About 900 farmer members are scattered across these central Haitian mountains.

Varietals are Arabica typica and Arabica blue mountain.

Cupping Notes: soft sweetness, hints of chocolate, medium body, balanced cup, mellow acidity.

Two words: smooth & rich

Roasting tip: roast half of your beans at a medium dark / City+ roast; roast the other half lighter (first crack ending).
