Last Triumph, LLC has been producing albums and placing artists in video games and TV shows for years. If you are careful, next time you watch E!, MTV, VH1, Discovery Channel, or Oxygen (all places Last Triumph artists have been) you may hear a song made in Minneapolis. Last Triumph scored big by getting John Dungey and The Set placed in Jam Live Music Arcade, especially with the hype behind the game. The local artists will now have a chance to make a national impact. Not only will fans of Last Triumph’s artists be able to play along, but they will be able to contribute to the music by making their own riffs, leads, and runs with Jam Live Music Arcade.

The Bands on Tour:

•   Culture Cry Wolf (Rock, Punk, Hip-Hop): Culture Cry Wolf steadily built a following with their eclectic and infectious live show. While most live-band hip-hop acts center on funk or jazz as their sonic roots, Culture Cry Wolf is all over the map, pulling in everything from cumbia and doo-wop to ska and punk. Botzy's raps and Mike Daly's crooning keep the varied vibe centered: matching the raucous trumpet, guitars, and percussion with upbeat tales of drunken revelry and torrid love affairs. In concert, the six-piece band whips up a wholly unique energy that is hard to define and harder to resist.

•   Crunchy Kids (Jazz, Hiphop, Dub): The jazz/dub/soul music blends a broad range of sounds, rendered from sampled records, drum machines, synths, and live instrumentation. With a very polished musical approach to the production, the beats never lack a powerful infusion of low end. The inspirational live shows are equipped with a full drum set, bass guitar, and a synth-toting keyboardist. Headed by the familiar face of seasoned emcee, Slim Chance, and the ultra suave voice of keyboardist, Eric Mayson, the team is a mash-up of charisma and innovation, with a work ethic that continues to stretch expectations of how far their movement can reach.

•   The Set (Indie Rock): The Set is poised to bring back nostalgia the only way they know how: by delivering organic pop music with modern rock influences. More than anything else, The Set is seeking to connect themselves with their audience like the artists of yesteryear mastered so well. Currently, The Set is creating quite the buzz around the Twin Cities receiving steady airplay play on 89.3 “The Current” with their new album release “Loretta” which was produced by JR of Last Triumph and mastered by Drew Cappotto, (Red Hot Chili Peppers & Jane’s Addiction).

•   John Dungey (Indie Hip-Hop): Influenced by Hip Hop, Jazz, Blues and the early foundations of Rock ‘n’ Roll, John Dungey seeks to push past the cookie cutter lyricism, and explore new ways to approach music. JD’s new album release “Sovereign Part 1” has recently been featured on MTV, VH1, and E! Featuring Nimo “The Hooligan” on the turn-tables, this group brings excitement and good vibes.
