With over ten years of experiences as a leader and business owner in Kansas and Colorado, Hepola is knowledgeable in all aspects of business from marketing to accounting and has a solid background in sales training.
The Partner Network consists of a three step plan. Leads are initiated by Expetec’s partner, Divergence, Inc. or leads may come through referrals from franchisees, partners, or Hepola. The second step is to finalize the sale, which is Hepola’s job. The process is completed with the new partner’s training in Aberdeen with the possibility of additional training in the Twin Cities.
Hepola will be responsible for the Minnesota network which currently has four franchise locations and one partner member location. Expetec hopes that Hepola will be the first of several individuals hired to work across country.
