The second half of the day highlighted key strategies for recruitment, sourcing and performance appraisal with leading experts.
Day two was chaired by Chris Gibbs, Senior Director - Organisational Development at Barrick Gold Corporation - Canada that interactive panel discussion analysed on significant issues of partnership also with academic institutions for mine workers and labour unions in the mining industry. There was an interesting case study on employee engagement and motivation.
