Ricky Buxton, also known as Stefan du Bois ( a pseudonym used when writing for Emerging Magazine) and Cher Ferroggiaro have witnessed countless impoverished children during their star-studded event productions and travels whose only drawback was finances or proper educational programs.
Ricky says, "So many children we have come across have phenomenal creative energy and extraordinary talent. When children have been asked why they aren't pursuing their aspirations, many sadly admitted, family financial situations or lack of proper educational programs in their schools. That being said so often, Cher and I knew a solution required our attention."
International Children's Art Network Corporation is already fulfilling the needs of impoverished children ages 3 to 18. Current plans are to raise funds to purchase a building situated between an art museum and college, enabling children to pursue educational programs specific to fine arts and performing arts studies.
The building will also rent space to other artists, produce television productions and theater productions produced by the students as well as nationally and internationally recognized performers.
