Long Term Care Insurance Summit Keynote Speaker Announced

Feb. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Knight Kiplinger editor in chief of The Kiplinger Letter and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine will be the keynote speaker at the 2012 American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance industry Summit.

“The Summit takes place a week after Election Day and Mr. Kiplinger’s outlook for the U.S. economy and personal financial products couldn’t come at a better time,” declares Jesse Slome, executive director of the organization.  

In the late 1980s Mr. Kiplinger co-authored two best selling books that contradicted the prevailing pessimism of the time, accurately predicting that the United States would set the global pace for economic growth and technology leadership in the 1990s.  He forecast correctly that the U.S. would continue to benefit from soaring productivity and surging trade with the (then) expanding economies of Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

“Knight cuts through the complexity of financial subjects with clarity and foresight and we are very pleased to have him be a part of the largest conference focused on long-term care insurance marketing and sales,” Slome adds.  The 2012 Long-Term Care Insurance Summit takes place November 10-12 at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas.
