The first is a contractor to remodel amenities in a Minnetonka apartment complex. The work, according to design manager Scott Rajavuori, includes building a new home theater, business center and a new fitness center, along with a massive expansion of the pool deck.
"This project has been fast tracked to begin demolition this week," Rajavuori said. "This is so the client will have the space ready in time for the busy spring rental season."
The other project was for two studio units. The work, Rajavuori said, involved removing bathroom cabinets and shower tubs, and replacing them. Additionally, the Titus Contracting team relocated bathroom walls, set a new bathroom door and finished the areas with new light fixtures, cabinets and fresh paint.
At the same time, the Titus Contracting crew remodeled the space's kitchens. "The kitchens portion involved new walls, relocating the plumbing and installing new fixtures," Rajavuori said. "Our clients were extremely pleased with the results, and loved the new cabinets, countertops and appliances."
