Feb. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Upper Marlboro, MD (Press Release) February 22, 2012 – Nicci Parrish, Owner and Founder of Impress Me! Home Staging announces an upcoming Home Staging and Redesign certification training course in Washington, DC.

Impress Me! Home Staging, in partnership with The Academy of Home Staging will be conducting an Advanced Home Staging and Redesign certification training course March 19-23, 2012 and July 9-13, 2012 in downtown Washington, DC.

This unique 40+ hour course, utilizing a combination of classroom discussion, workshop and in-field hands-on exercises (e.g., vacant bid/proposal preparation, staging to sell/redesign, and consultation). Classes are limited to eight (8) students to provide personal coaching and mentoring while working on real design projects in real homes.  

During the week students will participate in over 10 hands-on exercises tailored to teach them advanced business, design and Home Staging fundamentals.  Upon completion of the course, students earn their certification in Home Staging and Redesign.  All core materials, information and business templates needed to start aHo me Staging business are provided as part of the course fee.

Ms. Parrish brings her knowledge of design, marketing and staging to the classroom to teach students how to build a successful and rewarding career in one of the fastest growing career– Home Staging and Redesign. Combined with 15+ years of consultating and training experience, Nicci Parrish has a proven track record for exceeding clients expectations and delivering innovative training programs to private and public sector organizations.

Ms. Parrish has earned her Advanced Certification in Home Staging and Redesign, as well as, Trainer Certification from The Academy of Home Staging.   She, is a member of RESA (Real Estate Stagers Association) and RESA-PRO. Ms. Parrish earned a Master of Science (MS) from Syracuse University in Instructional Design, Development and Evaulation.
