Classic BMW Makes BMW Center of Excellence for Third Straight Year

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 22, 2012 - Classic BMW just received word that BMW has released the list of 2012 BMW Center of Excellence Award recipients and Classic BMWs name was among the distinguished list of 31 dealers. U.S. Dealers work hard all year to achieve this high honor bestowed by the manufacturer.  The award is measured by "the three core competencies of operational excellence, outstanding brand representation and the consistent delivery of a premium customer experience"  based on their performance in 2011.

This is a recognition that very few dealers ever receive. Four of the recipient dealers were from Texas, however Classic BMW boast holding this esteemed award for the last three years in a row. Classic BMW is the only North Texas BMW dealer to be selected during the same period.    

Classic BMW is a family owned dealership that celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2011. Under the leadership in 2011 of new general manager, John Kobell he presented the employees with a company motto for the year which was “Make It Happen” and with a great team of employees and loyal customers they did.
