Feb. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Survive the Drive is inviting clubs and individuals, nationwide, to become champions in their community by supporting automotive violence-prevention education.

Survive the Drive S.A.V.E.S. "Support Automotive Violence-Education Services"

On April 4, 2012, 7:00pm at Infinity Hall in Norfolk, CT a concert performance by Tracy Walton and special guest speakers (to be announced) will launch Survive the Drive S.A.V.E.S. campaign. Tickets for the April 4, 2012, Tracy Walton concert/fundraiser at Infinity Hall will go on sale on March 1, 2012 at www.infinityhall.com

Tracy Walton donated the usage rights to his song "Friend of Mine" to be used throughout the year long campaign. There will also be a photo contest for the Friend of Mine video.  In Addition, Tracy and his band will be hitting the road this year in support of Survive the Drive's S.A.V.E.S. campaign, and will be donating a portion of his performance proceeds to help raise awareness of our nation's leading cause of teen fatalities.

Immediately following the April 4th campaign kick-off event at Infinity Hall, every club (and individual) in the country is invited to participate in S.A.V.E.S. Club Charity Challenge to raise awareness of automotive violence, especially among our nation's teens. Support of the campaign will allow Survive the Drive and other automotive violence prevention groups the means to provide presentations to high schools and community groups across the U.S.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that traffic crashes are the leading cause of death for teenagers in America.
