PRLog - Feb. 21, 2012 - Bob is a big, friendly man who loves trees. He wants to do his part to help our planet survive. Inspired by animals, nature and the wilderness, Bob’s timely story as told in Big Tree Bob will help young people get interested in ecology.
Big Tree Bob
The world is taking down too many trees and not replanting enough, so Big Tree Bob educates people about conservation in a fun way. Being “green” is something all of us can do to make the world a better place.
Big Tree Bob is a universal story that could take place anytime, anywhere. It makes us realize that we all can make a difference. And it reminds us that today is as good as any to plant a tree!

About the Author: First-time author Grant Johnson wrote and illustrated his book to get young people interested in vital issues, but in a fun way. “Until very recently, I designed and built safari lodges in southern Africa. I’ve used many thousands of trees in my life, so it would be nice to put something back somehow.” He lives near Auckland, New Zealand, and is writing his next book Computer Ken about the dangers of youth spending too much time on computers. “The real world is far more exciting and just outside the door.”
