Dr. Todd Austin from Virden, IL attends 'Sinus Health and Trigger Point' Seminar.

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 19, 2012 - Dr. Todd W. Austin of Virden, IL recently attended a weekend postgraduate seminar in Chesterfield, MO.  The seminar  was entitled ‘Endo-Nasal Technique and The Receptor Tonus Method’ and was sponsored by Logan Chiropractic College.  

    The latest in endo-nasal technique research and diagnosis, treatment of otitis media (ear infections) and both acute and chronic sinusitis were covered by Dr. Michael J. Fiscella from St. Louis, MO.   This included the latest on why those with chronic sinus complaints should be performing regular sinus rinses, as well as discussing different homeopathic and natural solutions that can be safely used in the nose for help with alleviating sinus issues.

    Dr. Fiscella also covered advancements and treatment protocols for Receptor Tonus, which is also referred to as "Nimmo Technique" or "Trigger Point Therapy".  Fiscella has been practicing these techniques for 37 years and has been teaching them for over 20 years.
