RamboPlus Associates, LLC announces the addition of Karen L. Koch to the team

Feb. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Easton, PA, - Bill Rambo, Founder and President of RamboPlus Associates, LLC  today announced the addition of Karen L. Koch to the RamboPlus team.  Koch, a resident of Westfield, NJ, brings 25 years of experience in the field of training and development to her new role as an Organizational Development Consultant for the company.  Koch has conducted extensive national training programs for Account Executives, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Interns.  In her new role with RamboPlus, Karen will administer needs assessments for organizations as well as design, develop and deliver tailored training and developmental programs to clients of the firm.

Koch’s experience includes delivering technical training as well as developmental sessions focusing on interpersonal, networking, and management skills for individuals and client retention programs for companies.  She began her career with ADP in Clifton, NJ and has conducted numerous “train the trainer” classes.  Karen graduated from Lehigh University, dual majoring in English and Psychology.  She earned her Masters Degree from Montclair State University in Training and Organizational Development.
