The right candidate for the Showing Assistant / Open House Specialist will include the following (but not limited to just these):
► Current California real estate license in good standing (mandatory)
► Able to work part-time to full-time
LEADERSHIP
► Stay accountable to monthly / quarterly goals
► Time block and stay on task
► Candidate will be trainable and coached to achieve higher success
► Master the art of a successful open house
► Research current real estate market data
CLIENT SERVICE
► Coordinate home tours / showings with qualified buyers
► Provide clients with market data
► Educate qualified buyers about the home buying process
► Represent a professional impression of the team at all times
