What:  The Riverside Choral Society presents Of Peace, a concert that celebrates settings of Dona Nobis Pacem--from Music Pulitzer prizewinner Lewis Spratlan’s composition to the celebrated cantata by Ralph Vaughan Williams.

We will also perform a Dona Nobis by Joseph Gregorio, and Carols of Death by William Schuman. Jennifer Bird, soprano, and Randall Scarlata, baritone. Patrick Gardner, conductor. Gardner is Director of Choral Activities at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, in New Brunswick, N.J.

Joining the Riverside Choral Society in this performance is the Rutgers University Kirkpatrick Choir and the Rutgers University Orchestra.

When:  Friday, March 9, 2012, at 8:00 p.m.
