Phenomenal Magazine Launch Dedicated to the Black Beauties

Feb. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Atlanta, Ga, February 17, 2012- Phenomenal Magazine (www.phenomenalmag.com) a beauty, lifestyle, and fashion through arts digital magazine, dedicated to the female "Black Beauties" around the world, will launch February 20, 2012. Phenomenal Magazine will feature and touch on content that is missing from some of today's editorial publications.

Phenomenal Magazine will embark upon lifestyle issues, topics most women are afraid to talk about, parenting, and the male perspective on what is going on within the African American community, to name a few. But what will set us a part from other editorial publications are our Rising Model, Rising Make-up Artist, and our Rising Designer sections.

Deidre' LaShon, Executive Editor-in-Chief, says "When brainstorming on what to include within Phenomenal Magazine, we wanted a place where African descendants can showcase their unique talents on a global scale. There are so many beautiful, talented, gifted Black individuals that are making strides within the world, but don't get the necessary exposure as they should. This is what Phenomenal Magazine is all about- connecting the dots for those specific individuals."

Phenomenal Magazine is built and centered on building up "Black Beauties" by giving them a voice and parachuting them to galvanize every opportunity that comes their way.

Phenomenal Magazine reflects the meaning behind the poem Phenomenal Woman, written by Maya Angelou. Phenomenal Magazine believes that it is the blueprint of why all women should feel beautiful and assertive. Beautiful isn't defined by industry standards, or from model characteristics, but it is defined by how a woman feels on the inside that perpetuates on the outside. A Phenomenal woman exudes confidence, carries herself well, and has the unprecedented agility to inspire others to do the same.
