Free Seminar on Building Your Dream Home

Feb. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Thinking about building a new home but not sure how to get started?  Forbes Capretto Homes will show you how easy it is at a free Homebuilder Seminar being held on March 13, 2012.  

Speakers include David Capretto, President of Forbes Capretto Homes; Bonnie Clement, #1 Broker Associate in Sales at HUNT Real Estate ERA; Ralph Basile, Senior Mortgage Consultant at First Niagara; and Mark Longo, Attorney with Block and Longo, PC.  Together they will cover homebuilding-related topics including finding the perfect lot and designing a new home, choosing the right builder, how to obtain financing and what’s happening in our local real estate market.

The seminar runs from 6:00 – 7:30 pm (refreshments available from 5:30pm) and will take place at the Forbes Capretto Design Center, located at 470 Cayuga Road, Cheektowaga.  Attendees have the opportunity to explore the Design Center and Home Décor Store where they will learn about customizing their home through the Selections process.  Vendors will be on-site showing their latest products and will also be available for initial one-on-one consultations with attendees.
